Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  • The return request is initiated within the 30-day return window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-ordered or special-order parts
  • Certified aircraft components with trace documentation that has been opened or activated
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way
  • Electrical or electronic components that have been powered on or connected
  • Consumable items, lubricants, sealants, and chemicals
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@Aircraftpartsandavionics.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, installation, or damage beyond normal handling in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items depending on the product category and condition upon return. You will be notified of any restocking fee before the return is finalized.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. We may require photographic evidence or additional documentation to process the claim.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly between the customer and the original manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating the warranty process by providing necessary purchase documentation upon request.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies. Custom-ordered or special-order items cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
